The ZQ-A series is a newly developed two-step automatic blow-molding machine. It streamlines production by requiring manual preform loading into the preheater only. This series supports container volumes of 0.6L, 2.0L, and 5L across various shapes including carbonated, mineral water, pesticide, cosmetics, and wide-mouth containers made from PET or PP plastic.
The ZQ-A series offers a high-efficiency alternative to semi-automatic machines. By optimizing the process without a fully automatic conveyor, it significantly reduces initial investment costs while maintaining a lower rejection rate, higher production stability, and ease of operation.
