It is a small sauropod dinosaur, approximately 10 meters in length. As a quadrupedal herbivorous dinosaur, it had a long and flat skull as well as a long neck, similar to its relative Dicraeosaurus. Based on publicly available paleontological research data, a 1:35 scale scientific restoration of Amargasaurus cazaui has been created.
