What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ. Whether it's 10, 50, or 100 pieces, it is acceptable. We support small quantities through our design office and large orders via our 5000sqm factory.
What are the typical delivery and shipping times?
Samples take 8-12 days, and mass production takes 30-45 days. Shipping takes 7-15 working days via air/express and 25-35 days via sea/rail.
Can I get a discount on my order?
Discounts are based on order quantity. Larger or rolling orders will help you secure a better price. Material choices and delivery timelines also affect the final cost.
What happens if I receive goods of poor quality?
